1. Where can I buy a ticket?

• The organization is not responsible for tickets purchased on unofficial platforms.

2. Where is the festival held?

The Noctámbula festival will take place at the Tenerife Fairgrounds.

3. What are the festival's opening hours?

• From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Enjoy unique experiences, with access to the food area and the gaming area.

• From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM: The best night of our lives begins to the rhythm of the best DJs, with live music and entertainment.

4. What types of tickets are there and what are their differences?

• Ultimate: Access to all areas of the festival (Privée, Frontstage, Terrace, General), premium bar, exclusive gastronomic area, private chill area, cloakroom and preferential access via fast lane.

• VIP: Access to all festival areas, open bar, cloakroom, and priority access via the fast lane. Similar to Ultimate, but without some exclusive perks like the private chill-out area.

• Frontstage: Exclusive access to the area in front of the stage, in addition to Terrace and General, with specific bar services and early access.

• General: Access to Terrace and general public area, without priority zones or special services.

5. Can tickets be purchased in physical format?

No, tickets can only be purchased in digital format.

6. Can children attend the festival?

• No. Minors under 18 years of age are not allowed to attend the festival under any circumstances.

7. Will there be a box office at the festival to buy or upgrade my ticket?

• Yes, there will be a box office, provided there is available capacity.

8. What is the access like for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?

• Each person with reduced mobility (PRM) may only be accompanied by one other person.

• The companion must remain with the person with reduced mobility (PRM) throughout the festival.

• PMR tickets must be requested in advance through official sales channels.

9. Can I buy tickets with the Youth Cultural Voucher?
